Yet to my surprise the Experience I had was Amazing, Lauren on customer service desk went above & beyond was extremely Polite Helpful & Patient with me, she explained clearly to the young lad (who she was training) & myself exactly what form was needed, which was over 20 pages long printed off the form, explained what I had to fill in. some weeks later I returned again Lauren went through & checked that the information I provided was correct & would be sent internally.So going back to those reviews I have Nothing Negative to say about my Experience only A Hugh Thank You To Lauren.”

“Very nice branch. Well laid out. Free, fast wifi. The staff were very helpful and dealt with what I wanted quickly. The bank itself is very good, offering fantastic accounts and options, with good online and mobile banking services. They lose a star because there were 4 spaces for attendants to be serving customers but only 2 serving. Then a member of staff was walking up and down the queue asking if they could help us. I'd much rather they got on one of the two free tills and served us. Also, I felt a little rushed by the cashier I was served by as they were clearly very conscious of the queue, and felt as though I couldn't take any time to think. ”
