Rude customer service. Didnt realise you had to make an appointment, he said you carnt try anything on and be quick.......seriously. so I was having a problem with my bank card on my phone so.i asked would he keep them on hold he said I'll put them.back on the shelf if they there wen you come. Terrible

Contacted Summit (Steve) to have two football shirts printed for a Lads vs Dads charity match for Fathers Day.Other services we're giving 3+ week lead times to get it done, too long as it was a last minute sign up.Dropped the shirts off on a Friday, few emails confirming fonts/numbers i collected them the following Friday.Well...
