Lacking any sort of common sense . Understand changing rooms need to be booked when busy but when the shop is empty , we weren?t allowed to even just use the mirror . Just absolute nonsense and caused stress when buying as my daughter couldn?t even get to see how it looked like .

I ordered work wire for an exhibition two months before the exhibition and three months later it is still not arrived. Complain several times refused a refund still not received the clothing and the clothing is now surplus to use anyway.

I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service and turn around time on my order we placed our order on the 7th January and was told a 7-10 turnaround period we have waited 7 weeks and the clothes have only just been delivered and the final product is ridiculously bad. 7 weeks wait time and throughout the 7 weeks wait time everytime I called them I was palmed off with the same excuse that the manage is off for leave or out of office. Wouldn?t ever recommend or use them again.

We have used Summit for all of our workwear for the last 2 years now. Great customer service, always speedy response times when ordering and providing updates on order progress. Great to support a family run, local business. Couldn't recommend enough!

Out dated web page , low stock levels , just not what you?d expect for a supplier who is to cover the area for school and colleges . Not impressed at all . If you were to have a child starting school or I need of sets of uniforms it just isn?t the place to go ?.
