No lifts in the shop. I really struggled to get up the stairs and i walk with a stick (40yrs old) congenital disability. I needed to look at children's swimming shorts and was told to go upstairs by their staff, i made a comment to say how will i manage the stairs?, and the staff said sorry but this is just how it is,... read full comment
