“I went to this oxfam today and it was nice looking all around the store but we live in milton keynes as we came to rugby for a day out at the town centre today the staff were friendly and it had great dvds cds clothing and board games and had ceiling fans on the ceiling which were turned on and spinning”

“Last month I visited the fragrance shop. It was a new experience as this was the first time I had been to the fragrance shop in Rugby. It was a great experience, where I was kindly greeted by Joe who was one of the sales assistants there. Joe was very polite and helpful and allowed me to pick out the Versace Eros fragrance and clearly knows his stuff, despite still being one of the youngest staff there.This fragrance came at a good price and was less than I expected to pay after researching online elsewhere. Overall, it was a great experience and thank you to Joe for helping me select the perfect fragrance for my skin sensitivity.”
“Amazingly kind staff. Got back to Rugby late because of my bus, but needed a parcel from Next and was unable to get it the next day. The staff were super kind and made an exception to get my parcel for me. It was a really small act of kindness, but made my day.”

“The sizes can be on the small size. I'm almost a size12 and have purchased a size 16 to fit me. Also, my friend who is an actual size 16 doesn't shop here at all as the are hardly any large sizes. It's not worth looking, as everything is tiny.”
“Lacking the new look refit that other stores have had, but the store layout is good, food sections well stocked. The bin food part of the store also well laid out and clear pricing, staff are attentive and friendly.”

“Bread deliveries, specifically Warburton Toastie.
I totally understand why you are displaying bread which was delivered 2 or 3 days ago. It's to reduce waste, primarily for your bank account but also helps the planet.
However, as a customer I would prefer you to order less and have today's delivery on display. I would rather see an empty shelf than a shelf of 3 day old bread. I would happily choose an alternative if it's sold out.
Order fewer, sell it fresh.”
