“Matalan is OK now and again but today as usual anything I like ain't in my size.. Update. I went today and spent lots. Good stock levels and some nice things to choose from. A lot better than previous visit.”

“My wife Kathy wanted some trainers advertised in the current sale (Leanne). Despite being on her own, with several other customers making up their minds and being served, Andrea, the sales assistant was extremely helpful , pleasant and unhurried. It was also nearly closing time but she gave no hint of impatience . I got a super bargain and came away as usual delighted with the Hotter service. I should receive my lovely new Switch shoes in a couple of days.”
