“In response to Kimbo Roger, I find your comment rather upsetting for one that lady went straight up to Richard as there is a separate queue Infront of the green bin on the counter.....This queue is for people taking narcotic pharmaceuticals to aid with their serious addictions.They require immediate daily medication that can ONLY be dispensed by the registered pharmacist on duty that day, which by your irresponsible use of the internet, we all now know must've been Richard!Any other queue for dispensed medication and pharmacy products can be dealt with at the counter that you obviously were standing in! I appreciate that waiting in the line for that amount of time is frustrating but there are other pharmacy's in the town also many other cafés dotted around the town....you were/are welcome to use any of those whilst you wait instead....these comments are hurtful to all the staff and regular customers that use this pharmacy! Maybe you should go elsewhere in future. #impatientidiot”

“People complaining about 10 days for a repeat is so far of the mark, it's 7 days there are multiple signs in the pharmacy, if people just waited for the text to say its ready instead of being impatient and going in causing more queues and problems for the pharmacy things would run so much smother, they even text you now to let you know if they are ordering medication in to complete the prescription. I have also got a text if there are stock issues. The staff at this place work extremely hard and deserve some credit huge improvements have happened here past few months.”
