“I was not a regular customer of Boots opticians, but when my usual opticians said they could not get me in for someone to look at one of my eyes that had developed a floater, I went across to Boots. Boots, however, managed to get me a quick appointment that fitted in with my schedule. On the day I attended my first appointment, I was given some eye drops, then returned a little later and received excellent care and a very thorough examination of my eyes. All of the people at Boots opticians were extremely helpful and professional, and I came away happy that there was nothing wrong with my eye.”

“Remains a good place to shop for healthcare products,perfumes at reasonable prices. Pharmacists are very helpful, and the orders don't take long to be completed. Loyality cards are a bonus. Drinks and snacks/ sandwiches are also available.”

“Rowlands Pharmacy on Clifton Road is a 5 star Pharmacy, probably the best in Rugby. However, their phone line is what marks them down for me, if they're on the phone you can't get connected so it's a bit like pot luck if you get through to them.”

I enjoy my visits to collect my prescription items immensely. I have used their Blood Pressure service too which is great and always am able to get advice without having to always go to GP. “Bread deliveries, specifically Warburton Toastie.

I totally understand why you are displaying bread which was delivered 2 or 3 days ago. It's to reduce waste, primarily for your bank account but also helps the planet.

However, as a customer I would prefer you to order less and have today's delivery on display. I would rather see an empty shelf than a shelf of 3 day old bread. I would happily choose an alternative if it's sold out.

Order fewer, sell it fresh.”

“In response to Kimbo Roger, I find your comment rather upsetting for one that lady went straight up to Richard as there is a separate queue Infront of the green bin on the counter.....This queue is for people taking narcotic pharmaceuticals to aid with their serious addictions.They require immediate daily medication that can ONLY be dispensed by the registered pharmacist on duty that day, which by your irresponsible use of the internet, we all now know must've been Richard!Any other queue for dispensed medication and pharmacy products can be dealt with at the counter that you obviously were standing in! I appreciate that waiting in the line for that amount of time is frustrating but there are other pharmacy's in the town also many other cafés dotted around the town....you were/are welcome to use any of those whilst you wait instead....these comments are hurtful to all the staff and regular customers that use this pharmacy! Maybe you should go elsewhere in future. #impatientidiot”
