“This is a wonderful local pharmacy, the staff are also wonderful, helpful and friendly and it is always a pleasure to go to this pharmacy. Unfortunately since the reopening there is now a young man working there who is very rude, patronising and unhelpful. All the other staff are so nice and this young man has tarnished the pharmacy. There is absolutely no reason for him to behave this way to customers who are polite and courteous to him and I hope he isn't a permanent addition to an otherwise lovely local business.”

“My usual pharmacy, did not have the items on my husband’s prescription, they managed to send 3 of the items but not the last, they gave me the prescription back with just the item missing and told me to are the other pharmacist in the area, I call Bannerbrook who said they had the item, I went to collect the item but could not use the prescription due to the usual pharmacy provided the other items, Bannerbrook pharmacy told me call 111 who would be able to provide them with a email requesting them to dispense the item to me, I’m so grateful, they have a lovely group of staff who are understanding and helpful, Thank you ?”

He doesn't stock a lot of the usual rubbish that people blindly take for colds etc but will advise you on what is better for you. Goes out of the way to assist.
