“I missed an appointment for my COVID vaccine due to my health condition and used the chat function to apologise. Someone from the pharmacy quickly messaged back, asked if I could attend that afternoon and organised a new appointment. I was then given the vaccine by a really nice member of staff and had a chat about the world while it was all done. I'm glad I chose the pharmacy for the appointment as I was unsure it was a good idea, I will definitely go back again. I recommend people use the chat, it is much easier than trying to use a phone.”
