“Best salesperson I have come across in years. Skye listened to my requirements, was so knowledgeable about all the different beds, gave me time and space to think. I had no intention of buying from Dreams !! Skye made all the difference!”

“We stayed here the night before Reggaeland as it’s only 20 mins on the train to Milton Keynes. The room was massive, clean and fresh sheets. Staff are really sweet and work so hard. It was £55 for the room plus breakfast for myself and my 2 girls. The breakfast is well worth the money and has great choices including gluten and dairy free. It’s replenished often and fresh, lovely full English and a variety of drinks, fruits and continental. The location is perfect facing the railway station and about a 15 min walk to the local shopping centre.”

“Stacey was amazing, we asked for an early check-in and she managed to find a room for our family, even though she was short on housekeeping staff. Exemplary example of what customer service should be. The reception smelt amazing and the room smelt like being on an aeroplane. My first stay at Travelodge and if service is like this, I absolutely will keep coming back, thank you to all the staff❤️”

“I went into Bensons Beds in Rugby with a definite plan to buy a certain mattress! Michelle approached us and offered to help us by showing us a particular mattress/ bed or offering us any advice. Michelle was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient (whilst I tested several mattresses out! ). She made our experience a really nice and pleasant visit and we feel confident and excited with the order I have placed for an Igel 3500i king size mattress. It was Michelle that advised me to have a lye down on the igel mattresses and I am soooo glad that she did because the regular pillow top mattress that I was going to buy felt nowhere near as comfortable! Thank you Michelle you were an absolute pleasure to have helping us!”

“The thing with a premier inn is you know what you will get. And I like that. What I liked more on this visit is the chef for breakfast. He had some pieces of fried bread on the buffet, and asked me if the bacon was cooked to my satisfaction. Top lad. Fried bread needs to be on the menu regularly.

Issue with the room is that the toilet hadn't been flushed and there was some urine left in the bowl.”
