“Our son who is 12, started electric guitar lessons with Martin 9 months ago. He’d previously done a couple of grades on classical guitar through his school but one day he picked up an electric and that was that. He’s not interested in doing grades now, and we’re quite happy about that as he now plays just the music he likes and Martin’s style of teaching is so flexible that lessons flow.Martin continues to introduce him to new artists and always has a couple of gems up his sleeve but never pushes his ideas. He just goes with what chimes and of course he plays brilliantly himself so is very inspiring. They’ll work on pieces together and then sometimes have a little jam session where he encourages our son to free style. It’s all very relaxed and creative and our boy never feels like the lessons are a chore. We don’t even have to ask him to practice.We really rate Martin highly and our son’s progress has been remarkable. Martin is pleasant, punctual and fantastic value.”

“We used the British Heart Foundation - Rugby Shop - to undertake a house clearance. A date was arranged to assess the job. This included the house, 2 sheds, garage & 2 outhouses. I was pleasantly surprised how many of the contents could go to the shop & be sold for the charity. A quote was issued for the disposal of the remaining items and once this was accepted by us, a date was agreed for the clearance. Tom and his colleague were punctual and worked tirelessly to get what was a very big job done. Communication was great in the lead up to the day and we were very satisfied. If you need a house clearance with items going to a good cause, this is the way to do it. Thank you Tom & Team.”

“A great range, well laid out over two floors. Deceptively large and well stocked in my experience. Offers excellent value. Staff friendly. Tills can be crowded and slow so you can queue on occasion. Located in a good centre with plenty of other facilities / shops close by.”

“Over recent weeks I have visited Wolseley plumbing Centre Rugby. I have found the Manager Rory and his female assistant Lesley to be extremely knowledgeable about the products they stock. They have always been very helpful, offering alternative products or items I've not previously considered.They have the facility to order stock in for first thing the following morning so I don't waste time waiting for parts.They also offer a delivery service.They have a great team there. I have now made it my preferred plumb centre”

“Helpful and friendly staff at Rugby Bensons. I purchased a mattress but haven't received it yet so cannot comment on the product as of yet.I was a bit disappointed to pay £39 delivery and thought it may have be wavered due to the high price of the mattress I purchased and came back to the store instead of purchasing online.”

“Ordered 6x 2 treated timber and several big bags of mot type 1. The staff in the rugby store are always very helpful and polite. The items ordered were delivered on time and with no issues, wood was good quality and mot was of a suitable standard taking into account how much rain we have had it was reflective of the quality and perfectly fine. If anything maybe the store teams could maybe have trained experts who can help in certain areas as your guides help allot. thanks”
