“Always had a good experience at cov plumbing. Generally everything I need is in stock and I either collect it straight away or they deliver it for me. Staff are always friendly and helpful which helps a lot as well. The plumbing stuff they supply tends to be good quality and lasts well.”

“I come from London and this store reminds me of stores in Green Street, Upton Park. I'll always try there first for anything I need. Staff can be dismissive sometimes but I always put them straight and demand good customer service. Everyone has bad days. Timing is everything to avoid the crowds. I can recommend that they put hand sanitisers at the entrance but I carry my own and my mask. After 5 years of using this store, they recognise me and I'm disabled and I've never had a problem with staff. I go in, get what I want and then leave simple. Before the virus, I'd spend time wandering around the store but nowadays, in and out. Everything under one roof, easier for me and they have their own car park, which helps.”

“Leon really saved my day. Came out when I had a massive leak at gone 21.30 gave me a temporary fix to stop the flood and then came back the following evening at the same time to repair properly. What a life save and from what I've heard much more better value for money than others in the area”

“Paul has done several jobs for us and he would always be my first point of contact for any future work. He completed the decoration of our hall, stairs and landing. This involved new cupboards under the stairs, new stair rails and painting and wallpapering. Further to this he decorated my front room and dining area again to a very high standard. Fairly recently we had Paul back to completely refit our bathroom, we had a high class shower fitted and complete re-tilling. We could not have been more satisfied with the final result. “Found what I wanted but problems when I went to pay. All the self service tills weren't working and only 1 till open and there was a problem with the customer that was being served and queues started to build up. Eventually they opened another till but could have done it a bit sooner.”
