“My last visit to hmv was three years ago in Inverness, and before that about 20 years before, but probably in Northampton. Anyway, I was glad to see it back. This store has some nice decoration, particularly the dividers in the vinyl section, and lots of things that would be fun to buy if I weren't an adult with all sorts of responsibilities and a need to eat everyday.”

“Really great customer service and variety of tile. The 2 staff members I talked with were very knowledgeable and friendly. One was able to give me great advice on which tile I might need for my fireplace hearth and the other helped me cut the tiles to the very skinny/tricky dimensions i needed. Thumbs up, would gladly go there again for any of my tiling needs.”

This is the 3rd time I’ve been in and each time it’s a great service. I was recommended Benjamin Moore scufx paint which is extremely high quality and not easy to get hold of in UK. “I have received nothing but amazing customer service from these guys. Helpful and knowledgeable. They have gone out of their way to answer all my stupid and mundane questions without making me feel stupid nor feel like I was putting them out. Got back to me in a timely fashion with prices and stock availability. I am surprised to a see poor review or two but I guess sometimes either something goes wrong or people just want to complain for the sake of complaining. “Originally went with the intention of upgrading my Rega P1 plus turntable with the 50th Anniversary Edition of the Rega P3. Craig was great with the demo set up and let me spend a good hour listening to the P3 using the same Rega IO amp I run at home. We also ended up talking about my speaker setup and I ended up buying a new set of Bowes and Wilkinson 702 S2s and now having this lot set up at home I'm very happy with the end result, vinyl and CDs sound amazing. Craig was very helpful and patient as we switched between a few different sets of speakers. Will definitely be back when the upgrade itch comes back ??”
