“My previous chemist was full of staff that had an attitude so even though I live in Stockingford and round the corner from that particular chemist, I rather go to these guys near town. Always friendly and answer your questions. Yes, they may go at their own pace and you may be waiting a lot longer for your prescription but with the customer service, it is worth the wait. I was with Primary Care before lockdown and they were equally great then as well. I moved chemists for convenience but turns out I prefer nice, friendly laid-back staff more ?”
“Been here a few times for me and my parents prescription. Very good chemist ruined by the male pharmacist yesterday. He spoke to the young girl dealing with me like dirt, having a go at her for stupid things, rolling his eyes, sighing, snapping and embarrassing her I'm sure. Felt sorry for her, she looked on the verge of tears and it was only 9am. Shame his nasty streak was witnessed. Not very professional on his part. Must of been a bad day as I haven't seen that side of him before. It made me feel uncomfortable and I hope his mood improved as the day went on.”

“The staff here are friendly and helpful. I have my repeat prescriptions sent here automatically and have never had any issues. The store is small but there's a lot of essentials stocked so it's great. The pharmacist is usually out to lunch around 1 to 2pm so you may need to wait if you pop a prescription in around that time. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.”

They've always been SO helpful, especially when there's been a mix up on my doctors end, they go to great lengths to help. The store is small so they have been asking people to wait outside so there's no more than 3 customers at a time.”
