“Today I was given wrong information at fosse park Boots, I was wrongly over priced for the frame I chose.I left and returned to Hinckley boots opticians where I received great customer service from Gemma.Gemma was excellent, fantastic customer service and applied the correct voucher for my glasses. I have paid the correct amount and feel happy to return to Boots Hinckley opticians for an appointment with Gemma. Thank goodness someone knows how to apply the correct NHS voucher.”

“I’ve used this pharmacy 5 or 6 times for my own and 3 of my adult children's covid and flu vaccinations. I can’t recommend highly enough. The medical staff are great but the receptionist, Jackie, is extra fab - helpful, cheerful and professional. I should also mention how patient she is, in particular with my son who has limited speech. Access is easy and there is always parking available.”

If medication isn't in stock then they always try and have it in for the following day. We massively appreciate having them on the estate.”

“I have used Hinckley Pharmacy Station View for the last 16 years.\\nThey have always been courteous and efficient.\\n\\nIn my early days, when the relationship seemed to have gone a tad wrong with the adjoining surgery, Station View Health Clinic, there seemed to be a bit of a blame game going on.\\nThat meant dealing with both the Pharmacy and the Clinic was a gamble as to whom you should call to resolve your issue.\\n\\nIn the last few years things seem to have improved greatly and issues are always sorted, whomever you call.\\n\\nMy wife and I have never had an issue with the lovely staff.\\nThey have adopted great Covid-19 processes and, despite their arcane \\u0026 mysterious methods of filing your meds, they seem to find them!!!\\n\\nWe could get our prescriptions posted, but why would we when we can pop in after work or Saturday mornings?”

“A great pharmacy that's got better service since it went independent of the big brand. Being called Hinckley Pharmacy but located in Burbage was a slightly strange idea but the lady explained that there is already a Burbage Pharmacy!”
