“The Bedworth branch is excellent, well mannered staff ,nationwide as a whole is excellent, if you phone up you actually can speak to someone who is helpful any complaints are dealt with in a timely manner, Barclays could learn from them about customer service ,if you phone up all they ask is why are you not using the app ,and it takes a lot to actually speak to someone.”
