I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service at this surgery. I have visited three times, and on each occasion, whenever I requested an appointment, I was given one on the same day, which I truly appreciate.

They do a difficult job here so not sure why people complain, personally I have always found my experience to be good. The AskMyGP app is much better than trying to phone in and whenever I have needed to use the service I have always found the staff and doctors to be really helpful and engaging

Waited a whole month for an appointment, cancelled less than two hours before it. Unacceptable and negligent behaviour. The staff are very friendly and it's not their fault, just a failure of process.
