I made an appointment at the Morfa store for Saturday 12th August at 10.30 as my iphone had frozen. I was met by a very pleasant young man who made me most welcome, attached my phone to his computer and solved the problem in no time at all. Terrible customer service and no resolution. Just tried to get through to make a home move for more than 3 hours, and now that I am going to cancel my broadband for not having to deal with their customer service anymore! Just terrifyingly bad.
