“To be fair, I have had nothing but trouble with o2 recently and went in to the shop fully intending to quit o2 for a competitor. I had already spoken to a member of staff at the mcarthur Glen store who wasn't helpful, and have done a webchat which also didn't sort the problem. Habib was amazing and spoke to o2 customer service for me, and performed a sim reset. He checked all was well before we left the store. Thanks Habib!”

“I made an appointment at the Morfa store for Saturday 12th August at 10.30 as my iphone had frozen. I was met by a very pleasant young man who made me most welcome, attached my phone to his computer and solved the problem in no time at all.
