Embarrassingly it is probably the 11th time I've had to use this company as my family and myself have habits of ruining our electronics! “To be fair, I have had nothing but trouble with o2 recently and went in to the shop fully intending to quit o2 for a competitor. I had already spoken to a member of staff at the mcarthur Glen store who wasn't helpful, and have done a webchat which also didn't sort the problem.
