The receptionists here are so rude and unhelpful. They think they’re above the patients for one reason or another. I sometimes think, do they think we enjoy this process and enjoy being ill and having to take tablets in the first place?
If you can avoid Dr Sangal, please do. One of the worse Dr I ever came across.

Phone calls can be answered with a better attitude. The calls don't seem to be monitored for quality and the agents on the phone are often curt and lacking in good manners (and this is not a first time experience review). Looks like AMP got used to getting bad reviews.
