The receptionists here are so rude and unhelpful. They think they?re above the patients for one reason or another. I sometimes think, do they think we enjoy this process and enjoy being ill and having to take tablets in the first place?
If you can avoid Dr Sangal, please do. One of the worse Dr I ever came across.

Phone calls can be answered with a better attitude. The calls don't seem to be monitored for quality and the agents on the phone are often curt and lacking in good manners (and this is not a first time experience review). Looks like AMP got used to getting bad reviews.

Phone calls answered in a sufficient amount of time (bear in mind you're calling a GP Practice and they take a while nowadays). Very easy to order repeat prescriptions.

Dr Milne is every patient?s dream physician, knowledgeable and compassionate. However, the receptionists I met on 17/03/23 at past 2pm are without an iota of empathy. I will consider changing my practice as this is not the first time I?ll experience such from the reception.

If I could give a lower rating I would, absolutely incompetent receptionists and useless doctors don't want to know unless it benefits them

Try seeing a doctor it is impossible
