Had to go in to get a suit for my son and omg the lady that helped is was so kind and friendly and mare a stressful shopping trip so much easier for us. Really appreciated the member of staff for her help.

Emma (supervisor) and Lee (cashier) treated me abysmally today. They are both acted in such a way that they have stained the reputation of Next massively.
