“I went in looking for arch support insoles as I'd been told Pavers sell them. The assistant (Ellie) greeted me when I went in and she was so friendly and really helpful. She was knowledgeable about the product and gave good advice. Very happy and will definitely visit again to look at their massive range of shoes when I've got more time.”

“I visited Friars walk store for 1st time today. I was looking for a particular item which I could not find. A lady called Jayne asked if she could help & I showed her a pic of what I was looking for. She said she would go & have a look out the back. She came back with exactly what I wanted & the correct size. An hour after leaving the store I realized I had lost the gift card that I had paid with. I returned to the shop & Jayne had found it & kept it behind the desk. I will definitely go back to this store again due to the customer service I received”

“Loads of positives, friendly staff, big selection of clothes and trainers, good prices in comparison to other sports shops, big open shop. The only gripe I have is that I’m an average size person, you seem to have an abundance of huge sizes and tiny sizes and run out of the average size very quick, quite often I can’t buy what I want because you are out of my size, hence the 4 stars not 5.”
