Only time I’ve shopped here, won’t be rushing back, one till open serving a queue of 4/5, one of which with 20+ items, 2 spare tills and several members of staff more concerned with emptying boxes and chatting, directly in front of the queueing customers. Quite unprofessional

I bought a pair of Crocs from this store just 4 hours ago, but unfortunately, they were slightly too small.
