“The reversing light on my care wentout while I was out shopping, and the only place I thought would be Halfords in Newport. I am so happy there are there. I arrived at the store and went in, and I was immediately asked if I needed any help, I told the gentleman about my problem, he said he would get somebody to check it. Within minutes a young man came to me and we went to my care and he identified the problem and fixed it without any problem. I was so pleased and impressed, I thought I would leave a review. Also, the lady on the till was charming, and we even had a little giggle. Thank you Halfords.”

“In the shop 2 retail assistants were very helpful. They looked for the bedding I had asked for but couldn't find the colour I wanted. So they went on mobiles &said that they didn't have it in stock but I should order on internet. I have just done that to be delivered in 4 days. Thank you.”

“Really helpful, friendly staff. Unable to browse the store range due to covid restrictions. So looked online, (Images very good), then the store staff brought a pack to the store entrance for me to see to check the colour/shade, which was very helpful.Delivery was within one week, which given the current restrictions, I thought was excellent. Delivery driver was bang on time, very polite and careful when unloading the tiles and all 27 packs were delivered in perfect condition!Very good value products, brilliant store service and a top quality delivery service as well. I'll definitely be recommending and using this store again.”

“I've been using B&Q and Tradepoint for years now. Very competitive prices. Staff are friendly and helpful when they can be (the same as any building merchants). I'd recommend going off peak hours (late evenings, late mornings) if you need a better customer service when its less busy.”

The range is massive and if there is something they don't have in store, they can do delivery to store or your home.”

“Amazing staff, got greeted by the lovely Lowri at the Newport store. She couldn't have been more helpful, she was very welcoming and friendly, asked us a few questions on what what we was looking for and guided us to the part of the store to start our search. There was so much choice and Lowri was there to answer all our question and provide us with our options and offered a great deal. She even went and got simular samples of our carpet from the other side of the store so we could envision what the sofa would look like in our house. She offered a great price on our 4 seater sofa and XL chair and even gave us a deal on the sofa gliders, cleaning kit and sofa protection. I would definitely recommend this store. 5* to the staff.
