“I came in with what I assume are regular issues for a 30+ year old, bad back and hips due to a sunken Simba mattress. Stacey couldn't have been more helpful. She talked me through the sleep match Machine, and then proceeded to show me the options and even provided a pillow to get the true experience. She spent a fair amount of time with me while I tried 5 odd mattresses and at no point did I feel like I was an inconvenience or any pressure to purchase. A genuinely good experience and I even got a cuppa out of it!”

“I had been dreaming of having a new bed for so long, you know it’s good to dream because dreams come true. Recently I purchased a new bed one where you can lift up and have lots of storage space so that’s wonderful in itself when you don’t have much storage room. “A very large store with a second floor absolutely full of stuff for your large and small works. Large carpark out front with 'parent with child/baby' spaces.
Event themed products (Halloween when I went there) which all looked pretty good. I particularly like the decorations you can paint yourself.
Staff all seemed friendly and were quick to assist shoppers.”

“This is a great company and their friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff provide excellent service. I bought a replacement integrated tumble dryer over the phone on Friday and it was installed on Monday by an excellent engineer who really did a fantastic job. “The store just got renovated and my oh my... I feel now it has more party decor options to choose from. I bought the latex confetti helium balloons and a normal birthday helium balloon. The staff was very helpful and noted down how I wanted the balloons to be arranged. She even made sure that the ribbons and the weights were 'rose gold' colour to match the balloons. I'm extremely happy with the service!”

“12 months into my home renovation in Grangetown and I can confidently say I’m obsessed with this store! Now my go to for all my renovation needs, it’s been an absolute blessing to have the Sloper Road store on my doorstep.

I usually use the app to click and collect, and products are ready in no time at all for collection. Parking is ample and super easy to access the store, and the opening hours are super convenient. When I can’t find what I need or have a question, Leigh has been super helpful and given his expert advice to help me find what I need to get the job done.

I use them often for all my cake suppliers and never had issues but this time I was missing a couple of items (easily done!) - rang them up, easily sorted it and the same day they dispatched the missing items and sent them next day Saturday delivery even though I explained I didn’t need the items urgently! “I’m so impressed by the staff and service at this store.We damaged the template for cutting the surface and vanity unit when the quartz was being prepared. The template was too damaged for marking out the vanity unit. I dropped into the store to see if they could help. “Regularly visit the flea market. Has lots of odds and sods and has some absolute bargains generally! Its open on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from memory so it's ideal to plan it and head over when you can to be first to the bargains!”
