Unfortunately the 7 deflated later that day but I spoke to Karen who was lovely and offered a refund. The customer care was excellent in store too when Tracy actioned my refund. “Small store but well stocked. I live in north Bristol so it's not my local store, but seeing as cribbs causeway store is now closed and having an older car having to pay the clean air zone charge in Bristol. I dont visit often but cwmbran has free parking and lots of other shops its proven convenient.”

“I had new number plates fitted at the Cwmbran store today and the service I received was brilliant. The plates look really smart and they topped up my screen wash and checked my oil as part of my visit as part of their free health check service. Would highly recommend!”

“The store locator map marker is wrong on their website, but the address is correct. The free car park entrance is just off Blaenwern (watch out for the big pothole at the entrance). The store is basically a counter top and display items. Plenty of manufacturers leaflets to give an idea of the plumbing range available. You can order on line and pick up in store, but I chose to order at the counter as I needed some advice. This was given freely and within a few minutes I was back in my car with the part I needed (and was the right part too). The price was as cheap as I could find online, but without the waiting. Good service and will be using them again.”
