“I called in to Dreams at Cwmbran today. Met Jack, a knowledgeable young man. I told him that I was looking for a new mattress, he asked me to lie on the test bed which proceeded to work out what type of mattress would suit me best. Once we had a list of suitable ones we proceeded to lay down on each one in turn until I narrowed the selection down. I tried each one numerous times slowly eliminating some until it came down to just two. Jack was extremely patient throughout the process, giving me advice and information about each mattress. Every day is a learning day that's for sure. I finally made my selection and paid for the mattress which is being delivered next week. I cannot fault the service I recieved, he even made me coffee whilst we were doing the paperwork. I would recommend anyone looking for a new bed or mattress to call in,ask for Jack you will not be disappointed.”

“The store locator map marker is wrong on their website, but the address is correct. The free car park entrance is just off Blaenwern (watch out for the big pothole at the entrance). The store is basically a counter top and display items. Plenty of manufacturers leaflets to give an idea of the plumbing range available. You can order on line and pick up in store, but I chose to order at the counter as I needed some advice. This was given freely and within a few minutes I was back in my car with the part I needed (and was the right part too). The price was as cheap as I could find online, but without the waiting. Good service and will be using them again.”

We was purchasing a shed on your website and I can get a discount via my employer so purchased a £1000 voucher only to realise the shed was provided by a third party supplier and you then can’t use a voucher -so we were in a situation where we had a £1000 voucher but couldn’t use it for the shed. Ethan went above and beyond to find us a shed that we could use our voucher with. We were so grateful for his time and patience. He actually works on show room for kitchens,so to provide the level of help he did for a shed was so kind of him.

“Thank You David Nash/Plumbtap supplier on eBay.I had an issue with another eBay supplier BathroomLegacyUk, were I never received the item. I eventually ordered with Plumbtap after receiving my refund back from BathroomLegacyUk.I had a main issue with my original shower head were it started to leak water through the seam and it ran at the back of the bathroom wall and run down onto the floor even with a shower curtain in the way.Even though the shower head looks quite bulky and looks like it may drop down, but after testing it out it looks sturdy and stays upright.The setting will give me and my boyfriend our preferred shower settings. Which my BF will prefer a more of a jet wash.The settings are moved by a dial and a click to know when you’ve changed settings.Each setting is different there is a couple similar settings but you still get a variety that you want. Settings range from a gentle spray to the standard shower spray and to the jet spray.Really pleased with it so far.Thanks again David Nash/Plumbtap for the item to arrive before estimated date, with tracking. “I simply went in for a birthday card and balloon! I was served by a lovely lady called Mandy who jumped on the till as soon as it started getting busy . I paid for my items and she then went to get the balloons blown up . The shop was full but she didn’t just leave me waiting she carried on blowing my balloons , she even added different colour ribbons and made them look beautiful, there was care and expertise given and the balloons turned out spectacular Thankyou very much Mandy , your care has not gone unnoticed .
