I bought a Morphy Richards iron model 24440 it cost £99.99 from your Newport store yesterday I've looked on Amazon the same iron is £78.99 what should I do.

Useless! I want to find information about the availabiility of a product in a particular store but having been told that customer service is the second priority (after Covid safety) that information is not available by talking to a real person. There are still some humans who like to chat voice to voice, not finger to finger!!!

Terrible customer service stood waiting at tills for a while then member of staff walked past me to talk to other customers apparently it doesn't matter if you want to pay and leave you have to wait for the staff to finish chatting to other customers
