If I could give less stars or - stars I would. On 3 occasions now I have waited in a queue at the pharmacy of this store and ended up leaving with nothing. Wait times for prescriptions are awful. Whatever happened to waiting in. Mum had 1 day out of hospital and needed the medication for the evening, staff could care less,... read full comment

Lovely experience in boots today, served By Katie on the Clinique area. Very professional, very friendly and knowledgeable. Its nice to have good service like that, its rare these day. Many thanks
