“Gibson and Bond is truly an excellent shop for both womenswear and menswear. A little gem of a boutique hidden away in the heart of Cowbridge. Both my husband and I have been shopping here for many many years and we have never been disappointed. Exceptional service (relaxed feel to buying/browsing), the owner Richard really knows his trade, and with a wide range of clothes of superior quality that simply must be the best clothes shop in Cowbridge. Many clothes made in Italy and of high quality material but without the designer price tag. The clothes type of design range from the type that you find in a High Street store (but better quality) to the most superior design range. Oh and the handmade jewellery for women is quite exceptional. We always manage to buy something in this shop, they are also great for gift vouchers too especially for Birthdays and Christmas. We love Gibson and Bond and hope that it will remain in Cowbridge for many years to come.”

“This is one of the better boutiques for the 'more mature lady' of the Cowbridge area. I still have issues with the name, which I'm none to partial to, but it beats many of the other women's clothing shops hands down on the High Street in the moniker department... which just goes to show you how bad some of the other names are!!! But's lets just try and concentrate on the stock here.. and I won't go too far wrong... Visage, (ugh, what a dreadful name!) is clever in that it stocks items that you can't seem to find anywhere else. These items are well made, show innovative styling, and hang beautifully owing to the cut and the quality of the cloth... there's no complaints in this department! A lot of the ranges handled by Visage, (Ugh... did i tell you how much I don't like that name?), are not to my taste, but i can appreciate the appeal of it to the age range that this shop targets. Prices are fair for the quality of the garments, and the service is friendly and thorough.”
