“I went in yesterday and asked for help from a lovely lady serving at lunchtime as I was stuck on what to wear out this weekend. She was super knowledgeable and pointed me in right direction and was really enthusiatic. Can't remember her name but thank you ?”

“This shop is packed full of bargains. Clothing for all genders and sizes with a huge variety. Good home section upstairs as well. You have to spend a bit of time having a good rummage but often find something great and good value for money”

“had a problem with my electric bike, tried to book a service but couldn't as Halfords only service their own electric bikes. but the engineer talked me through everything i would need to do to sort the problems out myself. what an excellent service”

“A lovely M&S shop offering women's, men's and children's clothing as well as a well-stocked foodhall and a very popular cafe.The café offers views over the retail park and across to the Billy Wynt. The café is very popular and can get very busy at times.The foodhall here stocks a wide variety of products at reasonable prices.There is a large car park outside the shop with disabled spaces near the shop entrance. The car park also gets very busy at peak times.”

“Visited Adam home living Llantrisant 9/11/ 23. I was helped by deb who was absolutely excellent. With her help I managed to purchase the curtains which were not in stock on the shelf, but she found in the stock room. Also I wanted a white scandi microwave which was also in the stock room not on the shelf. Excellent customer service deb, and very helpful and polite. Thank you so much for all your help.. “I popped to the store in Talbot Green on my lunch break, so I was rushing and I asked the manager for some help in buying some trainers etc, so she called one of her colleagues over to help me honestly I can’t thank them enough they were absolutely amazing and couldn’t do enough for me.I was in and out in no time.So I just wanted to say thank you ever so much for your help today. I spoke to a lovely young girl on the till I didn’t catch her name sorry, but I asked for the managers name and the young lad who helped me I now know the managers name was Leah,and the young lad was Callum so a big shout out to you both, you really are a credit to the store.
