Terrible receptionists. Their job is to tell people blood test results yet when they used the medical term and I asked what that meant she very rudely told me ‘I don’t know google it’. Excuse me? Google my blood tests results because you’re not informed enough on your job?! Also one of them hasn’t even come back... read full comment
