Removed me from their system after 2 years of being a patient due to a ‘system error’. Despite requiring daily medication they wouldn’t provide emergency supply so ended up missing it for a week and asked me to re-sign up as a patient (bring passport again etc). The message in the beginning is descriptive, but impossible to skip and takes a few min, which I know by hard now. You have to call at a precise time span of 5 min to book appointments for two days ahead-emergency appts are also almost Impossibele to get to. I've been turned down 5 times by now to call next day and be booked... read full comment
