Worst customer service of any branch I've been too, withdrew £1,100 pounds. My local branch always gives me an envelope for that amount of cash, the woman said I couldn't have one. I have been to this banks so many times and there is 2 ladies who are very rude and give people ugly stares. I dont recomment this branch as it is now welcoming.
