Went in for an upgrade this week and the NI/Scottish girl who served me (can’t remember her name!) was so lovely and sorted out a brilliant deal! Thanks so much!!

Staff were helpful and approachable - however the lady who dealt with my sim did not complete all the steps and I had issues with my sim for the first few days. Not great.

I initially came in to discuss my current contract which is due to end. I've been very unhappy with EE before this visit as I was sold products I didn't want or need and led to believe that my bill would be a lot lower than what it actually was.
