Called in this afternoon to discuss the possibility of changing my current account etc due to dissatisfaction with current Bank. A lady called Debra could not have been more helpful in going through the various options available so very pleased with the in branch response.

Tried to get advise investing £50k into Caerphilly branch. Rang for appointment. No appointments until end March!!
Advised to call for a walk in appointment 10am. On hold for 10 minutes then cut off!! Appalling customer service.

Your staff are great, but the opening hours of this branch make using it really difficult. Closed on both a Monday and Friday, you might as well just close the branch for all the use that is.
