“Wonderful little charity shop here. The british heart Foundation is such a good cause.There is a good range of products here and the prices were very reasonable. You get can get top end products for a low price.The woman who served at the counter was very friendly and welcoming.The store was clean, tidy and well lit.”

“I went in with the intention of buying a wifi dongle, but the assistant showed me how to use my phone as a hotspot so I didn't actually need to buy anything! I was impressed, as she could have sold me something but didn't. Also offered useful info about swapping a gas cooker for an electric one. Sorry I didn't catch a name.”

“We were served today by Alun in your Caerphilly store. I myself work in retail and I know a great (not just good) salesperson when I meet one. Alun was attentive, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about what mattresses would be comfortable for us, he talked us through different options explaining clearly about each one. At no point was he pushy which we appreciated. I would and will recommend Alun and the Caerphilly store to anyone mentioning beds/mattresses to me in the future. Thank you Alun for providing a wonderful service it really has been appreciated.”
