Using the Click and Collect was very easy, I picked up my purchase within 30 seconds of entering - after having ordered it only about an hour before. Staff were fantastic when I asked about an obscure on-sale item I'd seen online, which they only had two of, and helped find it!

Used the shop today .With 3 staff members at the till.Female that looked incharge was blunt and unhelpful.Younger Female that was on the till refused to collect an item.And said she was not allowed.Then the older Female sent a young chap that was quite pleasant.To help us. Went through the >20min phone call questionnaire to book a designer. Designer didn't make the pre-arranged phone call to us and didn't turn up on the date booked for the home appointment. Didn't bother contacting us to tell us they couldn't make it. Emailed Wickes to enquire into what's happened, they haven't responded... read full comment
