One lady in Staff speaks like we need to buy things even if it is damaged. When I went to return a shoe which has a defect I bought day before she says that if the exchange one also same we won’t accept the returns to exchange again.Am a regular customer but disappointed with this incident.

Beware if you pay by PayPal online you can’t return to the store you must mail them back at your own expense! Not stated online at all. Disgusting company!!!
