I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Whittards branch. The man with the ginger beard and waistcoat is incredibly rude!!

A lovely store inside the shopping centre, as always the staff are polite and friendly. The tasters are always nice to try and I always enjoy their tea and hot chocolate.
