“Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu, we've just come back from Umrah with Manasik Travels in Newcastle, and I have to say the service was excellent, they really took care of us, they had a seminar before the Umrah to explain everything which was so helpful. They performed the Umrah with us step by step. The founders are a very nice couple, the women were looked after by the lady, and the men were looked after by the gentleman. They took us to all the caves and mountains, tours of Makkah and Madinah, and explained everything along the way. They even took us shopping and showed us where to get good value for dates and even Abayas! “We are just back from a wonderful break, Naples, Capri, Sorrento and Positano. Ian R in Newcastle , who has arranged trips for us previously, listened to what we wanted to do , and the type of hotels we like, then put together an itinerary and suggested hotels for us to consider. Dates had to be juggled to fit flight schedules and BA cancellations. Ian’s suggestions for hotels exceeded our expectations and the whole trip was magical and enabled us to see an area that we had wanted to visit at our own pace and not be herded by mass tourism.
