I went on 28 November 2023and they told me it will be deliver in 8- 10 weeks after dispatching at 12 Dec 2023 Now it’s more than 3 months.They are not providing any clear details and usually not picking up phone

One of the worst travel agency I have ever visited. One n only staff member having no respect for the customers. Rude, ignoring and disrespectful.
