I use three different banks for myself and a family member, this Lloyds branch is one of the best I've been to.
The staff are always very pleasant and helpful, had no problems over the last five years. The only minor issue I had was with their web site but the branch staff sorted it out.

Lloyds Bank....stop getting one of your employees to pester your customers who are standing in line. I want to go to the counter to be seen by an actual person who can help me, rather than being investigated standing in line, then sent to sit over the other side of the bank with a load of other to people to wait again to... read full comment
