Stock was really badly disorganised (bedding) difficult to find staff and when I did eventually find someone to help they weren't very helpful.

Ordered sofa. After 7 weeks got a phone call on day of delivery. Delivery men couldn't find sofa and it would take up to 72 hours to find it. Sofa was never found and dealing with customer services was not good. We didn't feel confident to reorder and wait another 7 weeks so we went elsewhere
