Oli the young man at the checkout gave me outstanding customer service. He carefully bubble wrapped all my fragile items whilst chatting along with me.
I sometimes feel younger employees don’t get recognition for their hard work and customer service skills. I think this young man is a valuable asset to this busy store.”

“If you're just shopping for home and clothing then I'd highly recommend this location over the store next to the metrocentre. This one tends to be better stocked in sizes for women's, mens and babies clothing. It also has a cafe on the 1st floor, toilets and a small toiletries/cosmetics section.”

“Went today in my electric wheelchair and went to the tills upstairs and waited to be served they clearly knew i was in a wheelchair not oncs did they put the disabled till on mot helpful at all they need to put a staff member on disabled till if a customer requires it we shouldn't have to ask for assistance or to be served at a till thats more accessable the accessable till is always used as a station for their books ect not good customer service please improve”

“River Island Metrocentre, I visited the store Sat 2nd Aug and have to say the male staff members who helped me with finding a shirt and trousers for my husband were ever so helpful and friendly. Special kudos to Mohammed who went that extra mile, thank you.”

“I recently had my ear pierced with a lovely women named Lauren C at metrocentre red mall, she was very informative about were I want pierced and about what would need to do for after care, going through time to heal cleaning and also what to avoid while going through healing. Whilst getting my ear peirce was very patient while fully deciding were wanted it done, overall lauren was kind, caring, informative and all round friendly and very easy to talk with. Would give more stars if could she went above and beyond what expected. Excellent person to be in the position she is in.

“Medium sized ASDA store with plenty of hassle free parking and lots of additional nearby shops... I only shop here now and then as they can be quite expensive compared to other stores.
For instance a big tin of antifreeze is 2.50..
Aldi is selling exactly the same product for 1.65..
So as usual shop around...”

“Great experience. Went to look for sofas we'd seen online and glad we did as we didn't like them seeing them for real and ended up buying something different. Staff friendly and helpful without being pushy and sales orientated like most of the sofa places and were really helpful and patient when considering options such as colours and feet. “Brought my little un here to get a toy.....she absolutely loves the place. Big toy shop with plenty of choice. Easy for adults to shop and loads of room in the aisles. Staff also helped out getting stuff which we wanted. ? loads of easy and free parking right outside.”

She was very informative, which as new grandparents was what we needed. “I bought a microwave in July which has developed a fault so I visited the Team Valley Gateshead store where I purchased the item. I spoke to a team member called Stefan who was extremely helpful advising me to return the item. On my return I spoke to a lovely young lady called Ashna who went above and beyond to help. I opted for a new replacement which was ordered in for later that day for me to collect. I would give Argos team members 10/10 for all the help I received today which totally makes everything so much easier talking to someone face to face rather than down the phone or an online chat. Well done Argos your Team Valley members off staff were such a pleasure to speak to.”
