Well it has a reasonable range of goods, but the checkout process is awful. Not enough staff and not enough conveyors (the usual reliance on people having to do the checkout themselves, presumably cutting costs and degrading the customer experience) means there is almost always a queue to get to the self-serve checkouts.... read full comment
