“I went to Lloyd's Blaydon to set up a Standing order on 26 September, I gave them all the relevant information and was told that it would be set up. I called this morning to see that it had been paid out on the 5 of October only to find it had not been set up and therefore not paid into the relevant account .The lady we spoke to could not find any relevant paperwork corresponding to our account and we had to return home to get all the information again and return to Lloyd's and once again go through the whole process again, a total waste of our morning”
