Thomas helped us and answered all of our question completely. I wish that we had written down his colleague's name. He was great, also. All of the contacts off my phone were transferred so that my husband could have them on his phone. They did that for us quickly ! (We would not have known where to begin. I see some reviews were negative, but they were very very old. When we left it was "Come back if you have any problems." Very positive experience !”
