“I purchased my Samsung S24 Plus from the Staines store a month ago and had an issue with it. I went back, and the team was amazing! They tried to fix it first (I didn’t want an exchange right away), but eventually swapped it for the same model in a different color.

Even though it took some time to resolve, the team was super helpful and friendly. I walked in anxious but left happy, especially with a small goodwill discount. Their great service also made me feel relaxed enough to buy a smartwatch I’d been eyeing for a while!

“I went to this store 3 days ago to for a phone deal and Ameena, the guide who helped me, was very very helpful and friendly. The phone I wanted to get was no longer in stock, but she went through other options with me and found one that I liked. I had quite a few questions as I am new to EE and Ameena answered all my questions and helped me decide in terms of plan and price, and helped me compare plans and phones. The credit check took quite a while, but she made it a pleasant experience and made sure I had the documents at the end. The other staff were helpful and friendly as well, but I will definitely recommend talking to Ameena if you need guidance.
Yesterday I had to go again to the store to retrieve an item and check on an issue and both were sorted quickly. So far the app and plan are working great!”
